Return Policy

Overview

At GlimmerWave, we take pride in creating high-quality jewelry pieces that meet our customers' expectations. However, we understand that sometimes returns are necessary. This policy outlines our guidelines for returns, exchanges, and refunds.

Return Eligibility

You may return most items purchased from GlimmerWave within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange, provided that:

  • The item is unworn, undamaged, and in its original packaging with all tags attached
  • You have the original receipt or proof of purchase
  • The item is not a custom or personalized piece
  • The item is not marked as final sale or non-returnable
  • The item is returned within 30 days of the delivery date

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Custom or personalized pieces (including engraved items)
  • Items marked as final sale
  • Gift cards
  • Earrings for hygiene reasons
  • Items that have been worn, damaged, or altered after delivery

Return Process

To initiate a return:

  1. Log into your GlimmerWave account and navigate to your order history
  2. Select the order containing the item(s) you wish to return
  3. Follow the prompts to generate a return authorization and shipping label
  4. Package the item(s) securely in their original packaging
  5. Attach the provided shipping label and drop off at the designated carrier

Return Shipping

For standard returns, customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (such as you receiving an incorrect or defective item).

If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact our customer service team immediately at support@glimmerwave.store. We will provide a prepaid return shipping label and process your return promptly.

Refunds

Once we receive your return, our team will inspect the item to ensure it meets our return criteria. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for the refund to appear on your account, depending on your financial institution.

Refunds include the purchase price of the item but do not include original shipping charges unless the return is due to our error.

Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, color, or style, please follow the return process and place a new order for the desired item. This ensures you get the item you want without delay, as exchanges processed manually may take longer due to inventory checks.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer service team within 48 hours of delivery. Provide photos of the damage or defect along with your order number. We will either arrange for a return and full refund or send a replacement item, depending on your preference and product availability.
