Warranty Coverage

At GlimmerWave, we stand behind the quality of our jewelry. Every purchase comes with our commitment to craftsmanship and customer satisfaction through our comprehensive warranty program.

Standard Warranty

All GlimmerWave pieces come with a one-year limited warranty against manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship from the date of purchase. This includes:

  • Structural integrity of the piece
  • Stone setting security
  • Clasp and closure mechanisms
  • Plating deterioration (for items with gold or rhodium plating)

Lifetime Limited Warranty

Our Premium and Signature Collections come with a Lifetime Limited Warranty that covers structural defects for the lifetime of the original purchaser. This enhanced coverage includes:

  • Free prong tightening and stone security checks
  • Complimentary cleaning and polishing
  • Chain soldering repairs
  • Clasp and closure replacements

What's Not Covered

Our warranty does not cover:

  • Normal wear and tear
  • Accidental damage or impact damage
  • Loss or theft
  • Damage resulting from improper care or storage
  • Damage caused by chemicals, perfumes, or cosmetics
  • Unauthorized repairs or modifications
  • Natural changes in materials over time (such as patina on silver)
  • Items purchased from unauthorized retailers

How to Submit a Warranty Claim

If you believe your jewelry has a manufacturing defect covered by our warranty, you can submit a claim through any of the following methods:

  1. Online Form: Complete our warranty claim form with details about your purchase and the issue you're experiencing.
  2. Email: Contact our customer service team at warranty@glimmerwave.store with photos of the item, your proof of purchase, and a description of the issue.
  3. In-Store: Visit any GlimmerWave retail location with your piece and original proof of purchase.

All warranty claims require proof of purchase. Our team will evaluate your claim within 5-7 business days and provide options for repair, replacement, or other resolution.

Repair Services

Even for issues not covered by warranty, we offer professional repair services for all GlimmerWave pieces:

  • Stone replacement
  • Chain repair
  • Resizing (for applicable items)
  • Clasp replacement
  • Replating
  • Professional cleaning

Repair pricing is determined after evaluation by our jewelers. We'll provide a quote for your approval before proceeding with any non-warranty repairs.

Jewelry Care

Proper care extends the life of your jewelry and maintains your warranty coverage. We recommend:

  • Storing pieces separately to prevent scratching
  • Removing jewelry before swimming, bathing, or strenuous activity
  • Keeping jewelry away from chemicals, perfumes, and cosmetics
  • Regular cleaning with a soft cloth and appropriate jewelry cleaners
  • Annual professional inspection and cleaning
